Hello again! I just wanted to say a few more words about the HPP Audio programs and the concept of “Effortless Change” that I used to name this website. Ok, so I have a little confession to make…the programs are not 100 % “effortless,” because some effort is required, namely that you buy them and actually use them. No product will work unless it is used!
It is necessary to commit to 30 minutes a day of listening in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. That’s it! So yes…setting aside that time each day takes effort, but that is the extent of it. The programs are designed to passively get you to change your behavior, and for many reasons this is the best approach.
When you think of it, real change always seems hard, because human beings do not like to change their habits. Those habits are comfortable and so we resist changing them. Often times it seems like work or a struggle to stop doing things we are used to doing and put new habits in their place.
Think about all the New Years resolutions you have made and heard other people make. How many are followed through? The answer is almost NONE. This is because we associate changing our habits with something hard and unpleasant. However the truth is that it does not have to be this way!
The conscious mind resists changes, but the subconscious mind is much more open to suggestion, and that is the window of opportunity that HPP Audio programs work through. They plant gentle and positive suggestions in your subconscious mind that cause changes in behavior that you only notice when you find yourself reacting differently to a particular situation or doing a behavior that makes you ask yourself…”why did I do that?”
The two stories that you hear during the session (one story in each ear) intersect at certain points and form phrases, similar to the way words are formed in crossword puzzles. The phrases are subtle suggestion to change behavior that your subconscious mind does not fight, but instead accepts without resisting.
For me the one phrase that my subconscious mind heard in several of the audio programs was “speak up.” This is something I have had a problem with all of my life, and I find myself speaking up and asking many more questions when I deal with people. This ability to communicate more forcefully and clearly was a wonderful effect of the audio programs, but there were many more positive behaviors I noticed such as less procrastinating and more creativity.
These changed and positive behaviors have helped me in all areas of life and continue to allow me to progress in several important aspects of my business and personal life. In a job interview several years ago, I negotiated my salary, the very first time I had done that! It happened so fast and seemed so natural that it really surprised me.
Needless to say this was very beneficial financially. My personal finances have increased substantially in the last several years, which I attribute to the Money Wealth and Prosperity audio program. HPP is based on the therapeutic techniques of Dr. Milton Erickson, who is considered the father of Hypno-therapy.
